43. The holder of a licence to keep amphibians and the persons referred to in section 39 who capture an amphibian listed in Schedule I to the Regulation respecting licences to keep animals in captivity (chapter C-61.1, r. 10) shall use a method, other than fire, that does not injure the animal.
